Hot or not....you really like this guy....if you have cared about him for 7 years....don't you think that you should let him know...??? What are you waiting for sweetie.....don't wait until it is too late....Tell him how you feel NOW....he....I am sure..... will be very flattered...and who knows...maybe he feels the very same way about you....!!!!
