What is this song I heard on 98X?

I heard a song on 98X a couple days ago. It was right before "What About Now" by Daughtry. The singer was a black female, and I immediately thought of Rihanna, but I don't listen to her music a whole lot, so I don't know if that could have been her. I really want that song though. I don't remember the lyrics, except it had a nice beat and was hypnotizing.
