Ladies and men i need your advice about what to do with my girlfriend. Its a messed up situation.?

So last week we were doing well. Then she got sick and i tried to help her get better and cheer her up and tried to give her advice in what to do. In doing this she snapped and started going off about how i keep pushing my opinion in everything she does and she really doesnt think i know how sick she was. So i apologized and she apologized. Then she said i wasnt doing anything wrong i was being opinionated and it was bugging her. So i did not want to bug her any more so i kind of cut down how much i called and texed her. She left and went home friday for the weekend and i texted her and told her safe trip and she barley text me back. i called saturday and she did not answer so i left a message and she never returned my call. so i decided maybe she wants me to leave her alone because that was the signals i was picking up. So i didnt call all sunday, after the superbowl i was on facebook and she i.m me saying that she know i tried calling but her phone all of a sudden is not working. she saw my number popped up but she wasnt sure if it was me really callling an she couldnt answer. then she said her phone wouldnt let her check her voicemail. Personally i think that was all bullshit. so i told her ok and we spoke a little an she said she is better. i didnt call her or text her yesterday and she is coming back to the city today. i am starting to feel bad an that she does not want to be with me anymore. what do i do?
