C:\Prog files\ZTE Modem\Bin\PcmciaApp not loaded.R6002 error:"Floating point not loaded"?

I have a Reliance Netconnect modem which I uuse forInternet surfing. But it has started saying the above statement in a popup. I have also tried formating but after a few days the problem reappeared.I dont get what to do with it.The particular file PcmciaApp is already ther in Bin still the prob. persists.
