What Was the Name of This Christmas Movie?

What was he name of that Christmas movie where Santa Claus is I think knocked-out, and this kid and his uncle steal his sleigh and they find this magic ball thing that makes time freeze, and the uncle goes to this fancy restaurant and freezes everyone there and steals some of the peoples things and his cousin finds out and makes him them their stuff back and later in the movie they go to other peoples houses to deliver their presents?
