Which motherboard is better.?

I have an ECS G31t-M(1333 FSB non OC) currently that is not able to OC FSB or CPU frequency. I also have an ASUS P5gc-mx with 1333 FSB OC which I can overclock. I am an avid gamer with a so so rig that I built economically as opposed to top tier. I am currently on Vista Home premium. I have an E2220 Dual core @2.4 and a coolermaster(unknown model) CPU heatsink. I have 2 GB(2x1024) PNY PC2-5300@333MHZ DDR2 not sure of cap Freq. An Nvidia GeForce 9800GT with 1gb DDr3(oem Core and Mem clocks) BFG 550 watt PSU, 500mb 'cuda 7200rpm HDD and Xion Solaris XON-403 tower. I have tried SetFSB But it has no PLL for G31-ich7 chipsets. I DO NOT have cash for a better mobo or ram so I need to choose between the two. If you need more info please post and I will elaborate. BTW I can run NFS shift at max with 0 lag as well as Batman: AA max settings no lag. I hope that helps.
