Can a creatine supplement cause you not to be hired?

Someone I know had to take a physical for the job they applied for. In their Urine, showed an enhancement. The only "enhancement" this person was taking was creatine (creadrive, dietary supplement). Which they bought from GMC. They called the 1 888 number and it the person told them that it would not show up in a urine test. Any answers?
