Is it okay that I used Country Crock Plus er for baking a cake?

Yes! Any margarine will do soft or stick, I never use er or oil. Add a box of pudding mix(dry) to your cake and a big spoon of mayo or miracle whip which ever you have, to any cake, It will be super moist!!!! Promise
