Is their a good crafty at home job/business for someone with a disability?

My mother has a disability that effects her hearing and her balance. She is getting to a point where it seems she is wasting away, and I scared for her. I feel that she needs a purpose. Does any one know of any crafty at home businesses she can do, (ie:candle making, sewing,crocheting,etc). She is very creative and good with words. She can draw,paint,sew,crochet and write well.
