My granddaughter is very active,7 yrs.old. Recently developed 2 small lumps on her face and under her arm.?

My daugther lives out of State. Therefore I cannot see my 7 years old granddaugther often. She is 7 years old and very active and overall healthy. Suffers a lot of allergies and she recently developed 2 bumps ( small) on her right chick. Dr. thinks that it has to do with her allergies however he also found another small lump under her arm. She is on antibiotics. Just wounder if anyone has any similar experience in this. I am so concern she is only 7 yrears old and she is my only granddugther. Any suggestions? I really appreciate any suggestions. I am a concern Nanna.
