Six mo old with stomach bug?

This is the 4th day of diarrhea and projectile vomiting at least 3 times a day. She is still peeing the normal amt so i would ume she is not dehydrated. Nothing indicates she is getting any better and today is the first day she is not wanting to eat. She finished less than half of her bottle this morning but wouldnt drink anymore. I have tried the pedialyte and water but she doesnt like it. I took her to the dr when this first started and he said to wait it out and make sure she doesnt get dehydrated but now its already the 4th day and im wondering how long its supposed to last? I had this same virus the day before she got it and it only lasted me that one day.
