Are protests against Proposition 8 still going on?

The State Supreme Court is hearing arguments on it now. Unfortunately that is likely to mean that Prop. 8 will be overturned because it went against what the State Supreme Court wanted. It's just another case of the courts having too much power, the people voted for it and now the courts will basically decide that since it isn't what Hollywood wants what the people want doesn't matter.
